•A person who published a paper in Korean or English ICASE Paper Journal or ICASE Journal among the publications issued by ICASE or contributed a paper to International Automatic Control Scientific Conference
• A person who has received an award from the international organization with which this Institute has entered into a memorandum of understanding
• A person who has been involved in the activities in an organization or scientific conference that the ICASE Prize Committee acknowledges to have a reputation domestically and overseas
• A person who, as a member of this Institute, accomplished outstanding results from their research in the field of automation and system engineering
