• An individual or an organization who contributed their paper(s) to Korean or English ICASE Paper Journal and ICASE Journal among the publications issued by ICASE during the past 2 years
• An individual or an organization who participated in the scientific activities managed by ICASE and the scientific activities of respective research groups and branches
• An individual or an organization whose scientific activities of the corresponding year was acknowledged to be superior by the Prize Committee scientific activities
• Any other individual or organization who contributed for the development of this institute through active scientific activities as a ICASE member
